1. About these terms

These terms apply to travel arrangements made through Soul Vacation LLC, a licensed tour operator in the UAE. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms and to the conditions of the individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, retreats and tour providers).

2. Quotations & bookings

• Quotations are based on availability and prices at the time of issue and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• A booking is confirmed once we receive the required payment and issue a written confirmation.
• Please check all names, dates and details on your confirmation and let us know immediately of any errors.

3. Payments

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Payment schedules and instructions are provided during the booking process.

4. Changes & cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the supplier’s rules and may incur fees. We will always explain applicable charges before making any change on your behalf.

5. Travel documents & visas

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any health documents required for their journey. We can assist with UAE visa applications; approval remains at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. While we don’t directly provide insurance, we can recommend reputable providers.

7. Liability

We act as an agent for the suppliers that provide your travel services and are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
